At June Autumn, some collections may be offered on a pre-order basis. Pre-ordering allows you to reserve exclusive or limited-edition pieces before they become available for immediate dispatch.
What is a Pre-Order?
A pre-order is an advance purchase of a product that is not yet ready for immediate shipment. Products available for pre-order will be clearly marked as "Pre-Order" on the product page, along with the estimated dispatch timeline.
Payment
Full payment is required at the time of placing a pre-order to reserve your item. Your order will be confirmed once payment has been successfully received.

While we make every effort to dispatch pre-orders on schedule, occasional delays may occur due to manufacturing, quality checks, logistics, or other unforeseen circumstances. If there is a significant delay, we will keep you informed.
Orders Containing Pre-Order Items
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order products, we may ship them together once the pre-order item is ready. If separate shipments are possible, they will be arranged at June Autumn's discretion.
Cancellations
Pre-orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our Customer Support team. If your request is approved, your refund will be processed after deducting applicable payment gateway, packaging, and reverse processing charges (if any).
Once a pre-order has been dispatched, our standard Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy will apply.
Product Availability
As pre-orders are often linked to limited production runs, availability is not guaranteed until your order has been confirmed. In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfil your pre-order, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
