Cancellation Policy

Before Dispatch

Orders may be cancelled any time before they have been dispatched by contacting our Customer Care team.

• For prepaid orders, approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• For Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the advance payment will be refunded if the cancellation request is received before dispatch.

After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Order Cancellation by June Autumn

In rare circumstances, June Autumn reserves the right to cancel an order due to operational or security reasons, including:

• Product unavailability
• Payment authorization issues
• Pricing or technical errors
• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Operational or logistical constraints

If your order is cancelled by us, any amount paid will be refunded in full to your original payment method.
