Exchanges, Returns, and Refunds Policy
Size exchange policy:
We offer product exchanges across all our styles. Exchanges are available for any item in your order only once and will incur a standard fee of ₹100 per item. To initiate an exchange:
Email us at shop@juneautumn.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Include your order number, product name, current size, and requested size.
Items must be in their original condition with tags intact and unused.
Returns:
We offer a 48-hour no-questions-asked returns! To initiate a return:
Contact us at shop@juneautumn.com with your order number within 48 hours of receiving your order. No returns raised after this window will be processed.
Include your order number, product name, and contact details in the mail.
Items must be in their original condition and include all labels. Items must be in an unused, unwashed, and unaltered state. Tag should be intact, items with broken tags will be accepted.
The cost of the return request is ₹ 50 per item, which will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds on COD purchases: Any refund for a returned COD order will be issued as store credit, which remains valid for 90 days from when it's issued.
Return exclusions:
Returns will not be accepted if:
The item was not returned in its original condition (with tags intact, unused, and unaltered).
The item was purchased at a discounted sale price.
Return pickup attempts:
Return pickups will be attempted within 2–4 business days from the date of the request.
A maximum of two pickup attempts will be made.
Service availability: Reverse pickup is subject to service availability in your area.
If reverse pickup services are unavailable in your area, you’ll need to ship the product(s) to the following address:

Return shipping instructions:
Pack the items securely to prevent loss or damage during transit.
Include your Order ID and registered mobile number on the package.
Ensure all items are in unused condition with tags and packaging intact.
Refund Timeline:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed and credited within 14-30 business days to your original payment method except for partial COD (in case of partial COD, refund will be issued as store credit, which remains valid for 90 days).
